Lots of strongman cardio tonight

Strict axle presses
135x10 for 2 sets more of a warm up

Arm over arm sled pulls
Worked up to 6 45lb plates for 50 feet

Keg carries
3 trips of 50 feet with 230lb keg

Speed yoke
350lbs x 10 sets of 50 feet
