Yoke and farmers training from thursdqy night...

Today lots of conditioning event work...

Axle presses
205x2...3 sets

Rack deadlifts
Worked up to 495x5, hips/legs still shot from thursday, no drive what so ever

Keg carries
Bunch of trips with 230lb keg, then 200 feet run

Highlight of the day, tom doing a muscle up
